Vancouver, British Columbia,Canada

Bellini's "I Puritani" was well done and the audience here in Vancouver was applauding after all of the arias. The Three Acts were beautifully done. Personally, the highlight of the opera was Act Two, especially When Elvira (Anna Netrebko) was rolling on the floor near the orchestra pit while singing. This part was very touching. Again two thumbs up!!!

I really enjoyed the comments that Beverly Sills made on regards to this particular opera. All the extra features, with Renee Fleming interviewing Anna Netrebko and the backstage crew. It was like unpacking a christmas present.

Excellent!!!

Here also the Magic Flute, was a great success. The theatre was full. I had to sit at the very front of the screen which put a strain on my neck because I never wanted to look at another way. I congratulate all of you who are involved in this project. It will create new opera lovers all over the world and this art will be revived. Excellent work. I hope these productions will be recorded on dvd and will also be sold.
